Aquarius Restaunt is owned by two brothers, Gabriel and Yiannis Grouzis. 2003 was a busy year for the two brothers apart from successfu lly opening their dream restaurant they both had the joy of becoming fathers for the first time, their wives Marina and Olympia gave birth to a son each within 5 weeks of each other!
The restaurant takes it's name from the birth sign of one of the boys.

ingredient is 29 year old Chef
Savvas Tzavaras. Born in Ioannina in NW Greece. Savvas gratuated with honours from Athen's top Chef academy in 1997.Savvas has a great love of all cuisines but particularly love to experiment with the fresh ingredients, herbs and spices that make the Mediterranean and middle Eastern cuisines so intersting. He's worked in various places including Tunisia, Cyprus, Mykonos and Athens.
